ASKED QUESTIONS

Are towels provided by the facility?

Customers can bring their own towels, however we will also have towels available for purchase at our gift shop.

Are personal floatation devices permitted?

At Splash Indoor Water Park we do not permit the use of outside flotation devices, noodles, toys, or boards as they can interfere with normal operation and/or another guest’s experience in the water park. You may bring in a Coast Guard approved life jacket for your child. We have approved life jackets available to use during your visit or to purchase in our retail shop.

What is your diaper policy?

All diaper aged children must wear approved swim diapers while inside the pool area without exception. Swim diapers are available at our gift shop for a nominal fee. All children must have their diapers changed inside our restrooms and not on the pool deck.

Do I need to purchase a pass for my small child?

Children ages 2 and under are free at Splash Indoor Water Park and can enter the water park with the purchase of an adult wristband.

Are my children allowed to go in the water park by themselves?

All children under the age of 14 must be supervised by an adult at all times. Although there are certified lifeguards on duty, parents are encouraged to stay with their children at all times regardless of age. The water park and other amenities contain features and elements that are not suitable for a child’s unsupervised participation.

If I’m not planning on swimming, do I need to purchase a wrist band?

Yes, all guests at Splash Indoor must have on a wristband to enter the water park.

What is the policy on outside food and beverage?

Outside food & beverage is not permitted inside Splash Water Park. Outside food and beverage, pizza parties or small group gatherings, are not permitted in these pool areas. There is no glass whatsoever allowed inside the water park. We do allow sealed bottles of water and baby formula (as long as it’s not in a glass container).

Are lockers available?

Various sized and priced electronic lockers are available near our restrooms. Credit card only. Guests not using lockers are advised that Splash Indoor Water Park is not responsible for lost or stolen items. This includes items left on the pool deck, locker rooms and/or chairs.

If I lost an item, where would I go?

We periodically search our attractions for lost items throughout the day. All found items are taken to the Admissions Desk and cataloged. If a guest loses an item, a Lost and Found Report should be completed. Splash will do everything possible to reunite lost items to the rightful owner.

Are there any weight or height restrictions for the water park?    

(Rainbow Rush): 40 inches and must weigh under 300 lbs.

(Sunset Twist): 40 inches and must weigh under 300 lbs.

(Ella's Island): Intended for guests under 42 inches.

(Port City Plunge): Must weigh under 250 lbs.

What is the time limit on a party?

Parties will have a minimum of 1 ½ hours, depending on the birthday package; however, all party guests will have access to the Splash Water Park and arcade, the entire day.

What forms of payment are accepted?

Splash Indoor Water Park accepts all major credit cards and cash. Please note, a valid photo ID is required when using credit or debit cards.

Can I bring my own music?

Splash Indoor Water Park provides family-friendly music and a variety of genres. Outside speakers and music of any kind are not permitted at Splash.

Is the water park wheel chair accessible?

We seek to offer a range of accessible entertainment options at our property. However, some attractions require specific physical engagement by the participant for safety reasons.  Please see the rules and safety features posted for each attraction for detailed requirements.

Pool areas include some combination of sloped zero-depth entries or pool lifts for accessibility.

What is the policy on parking?

Is there a first aid station?

Yes, there is a first aid station located by the locker area.

Lost and Found?
Lost and found will be located at the front desk of the waterpark and you can call the main phone number to inquire about any lost item. Splash will not hold on to any lost clothing including socks, undergarments, towels, shirts and swimsuits. These will be discarded at the end of the operation day.
